Shipping Policy

At Casa Maven, each piece is crafted and packed with great care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our shipping details below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

For custom or made-to-order pieces, production times vary and are stated on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@casamaven.ca for a custom shipping quote.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions within Canada.

International orders may be subject to additional fees such as customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • United States: 7–12 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 10–20 business days depending on destination.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom rugs, wall art, or décor items are handcrafted by artisans and may take 6–10 weeks for production, depending on the piece. Once complete, they will be shipped immediately and tracking details will be shared.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care in packaging each order. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  2. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Casa Maven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the courier.


8. International Deliveries

For international customers:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product or shipping cost.

These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
